Mugs Kitchen Manager
Love food? Want to cook, and lead by example?
Tired of the typical kitchen environments (high intensity, long hours, toxic environments, late nights)? Mugs offers something different, we focus on quality of life, quality of people, and collaboration! We pride ourselves on our welcoming, cohesive team and collaborative approach to managing the business. We look for employees who want to enjoy where they work, as much as what they are working for.
Mugs is locally owned and operated, and has been a thriving restaurant & coffee shop in Old Town, Fort Collins since 2002. Though we began as a small coffee shop with a humble menu, we have expanded both of our locations, and now proudly offer a variety of specialty breakfast dishes, brunch and lunch dishes, scratch baked goods and an expansive coffee and bar/happy hour menu to our dedicated customers. Whether someone wants to relax on one of our patios, or is in a rush to get to work, our goal is that every customer leaves Mugs satiated and caffeinated.
At Mugs we believe in taking care of our people, and they will in-turn thrive and take care of our community and our business. To demonstrate this we offer competitive pay, accommodating schedules, high quality co-workers, bonuses for performance, full coverage medical, dental, vision, as well as an inclusive and collaborative environment.
